Small Changes are the Way Forward

My last blog gave you a link to a short booklet I wrote called ‘My Journey’ which described the unhealthy situation I found myself in. If you haven’t had chance to read it yet, here is the link again ‘My Journey’
From my own experience, I started my journey by making small, achievable changes.

The first thing I changed was my lunch on a Monday to Friday basis. I used to have a pack-up of a sandwich (with white bread often filled with some processed meat), a packet of crisps, a chocolate biscuit and a carton of orange juice.

I changed this to a small pot of olives, a pot of blueberries and strawberries with Greek yogurt, a small pot of nuts and raisins and a bottle of water.
My weight started to drop immediately!

My Second Small Change

My second small change was to change my breakfast on a Monday to Friday basis too. I used to have two slices of toast with butter and marmite or peanut butter with a cup of tea with 2 spoons of sugar. I know have rolled oats with cold milk (very strange so many people say to me) with a cup of tea with only ¼ of a spoon of sugar.
I lost even more weight by introducing this too.

Try these two small changes and see how it works for you.
