50+ Fitness – This class includes a variety of aerobic and conditioning exercises, to benefit all round fitness, especially designed for more senior members

Body Blitz – A class concentrating on toning exercises for total body conditioning workout

Bootcamp – fun and energising Bootcamp-type exercises, to challenge your whole body (no equipment)

Box Fit – A stress busting, fun energetic boxing workout

Core Cardio – This class uses exercises and techniques to provide an excellent all round, cardio and conditioning workout

Complete Conditioning – After a lively warm-up, a class concentrating on toning exercises for total body conditioning

Group Cycle – 

  • Rhythm – working to the beat of the music, with a variety of resistance
  • Interval – mixing up slower, heavy pace work, with shorter intervals of speed
  • HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training; bursts of energy followed by active recovery
  • Endurance – Test your endurance and stamina with this non-stop workout including hill climbs and sprints

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) – Concentrated bursts of cardio exercises for intense calorie burn followed by recovery periods to achieve optimum results

Kettlebells – An exciting physical class using Ketllebells for an all over body work -out

Konga – An easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance & Sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades

Mindfulness The word ‘mindfulness’ is a term used to describe a method of thinking and noticing thought itself. This class introduces many facets of mindfulness, including meditation, relaxation, self-observation and lifestyle issues

Pilates – Pilates seeks to increase strength, flexibility and control of the body, concentrating on core (torso) muscles and breathing. A gentle form of exercise concentrating both body and mind

Power HIIT – The ultimate cardio and strength work out, not for the faint -hearted

Tabata – Tabata is a form of HIIT training working in 4 minute sets, working intensely for 20 seconds with only 10 seconds of rest 8 times. Combining up and lower body exercises to get your cardiovascular system working while strengthening the muscles at the same time

Tums & Bums – After a lively warm up, toning exercises to concentrate on those problem areas!

Yoga– Performing Yoga poses and breathing techniques concentrates on improving circulation and stimulating the internal organs which can result in better general health. Working on flexibility and relaxation, Yoga is suitable for all levels of fitness
