Please note – Non-member admission charges apply at reception on the day of the booked activity to all non-members participating in dryside sports including badminton, squash, table tennis and basketball

Swimmers will need a 20 pence for lockers which is non-refundable.

Non-members admission charges apply to ALL spectators for all activities

1/2 Court charges and, if applicable, non-member admission fees to non-full members participating with a full paying member for badminton, squash and table tennis

Bookings & Payments

For all Bookings by all customers

All bookings for activities NOT included in your membership must be paid for at the time of booking

All activity sessions include an element of a set up time or set down time

Annual and Monthly Members

As a prepaid Member, you may make online activity bookings using the GCLL or iScuba App or by visiting the GCLL website, 10 days in advance for Full Members and 8 days for other monthly dd members, The booking system is available between 5.00 am and 12.00 midnight, Monday – Sunday

Pay and Play Members

As a Pay & Play Member, you may make online activity bookings using the GCLL or iScuba App or by visiting the GCLL website, 7 days in advance. The booking system is available between 5.00 am and 12.00 midnight, Monday – Sunday

Non-Members

All non-members participating in activities with or without a member must in addition to the activity fee pay a non-member admission fee. A Non-member admission fee is included in booking price for all activities available online. If applicable, any additional participating non-members must pay their non-member entry fee to front of house on entry to the facility (card payments only). Admission fees are revised from time to time and are displayed at on our website – www.gcll.co.uk

You may as a non-member register for online bookings, which will give you access to online activity bookings using the GCLLor iScuba App or by visiting the GCLL website, 6 days in advance. The booking system is available between 5.00 am and 12.00 midnight Monday – Sunday

Cancellations

If you are a registered user you can cancel a booking via the GCLL or iScuba booking app or use our ‘Contact Us’ form on the website here

Alternatively, you can cancel your booking in person at your local leisure centre, if you cancel using the GCLL or iScuba App or online in advance of the 1 hour cancellation period, you will not incur charges and the activity will be made available immediately for other members

For non-members cancellations must be made a minimum of 1 hour or more before the activity start time, non-members who have paid for an activity in advance will not be issued with a refund, however the activity can be rebooked within a 6 day period

The late cancellation/unfulfilled booking fees, are chargeable where the cancellation conditions are not met, these charges are currently £5.50 but are subject to review from time to time

Any late cancellation and unfulfilled booking fees are automatically noted in your member record and your membership suspended, this will affect your ability to use our facilities or make further bookings until they are paid in full. You can contact the centre and request a call back using the ‘Contact Us form here

There may be occasions where you are legitimately not able to provide more than 1 hour notice to cancel your booking – in line with our booking policy. These instances would be a sudden emergency, pregnancy, those who live with hidden disabilities or health conditions and members with a registered disability. Should this be the case, members can contact us in centre, or via our ‘Contact Us’ page here to request to have the late cancellation charge waived and removed from your account
