Sauna
Saunas encourage profuse perspiration, deep cleansing the skin by drawing impurities from the pores.
Steam Room
Steam Rooms also deep cleanses the body, relaxes the mind and promotes good health. It relaxes tense muscles and soothes aches and pains.
Spa
The Spa is designed to create a strong overall body massage. It will not only help you to relax but also stimulates metabolism and cardiac output.

Tanning Units
Experience the latest in tanning technology with a session in our tanning beds. Available in 12 minute sessions. Courses are available for members and non-members. So why not top up your tan before your holiday. NB: Persons with medical concerns must consult their doctor before using any facility.
Joni's Beauty Salon
Joni's Beauty Salon treatments include: Decleor facials, slimming treatments, hair removal, reflexology, massage, manacures, pedicures and more. Call 01474 337279 for details.
Booking
The health suite is open to members and non-members from the age of 16. Members may book up to 7 days in advance and non-members up to 6 days in advance. (pre-payment is required) NB: Non-members are subject to the centre admission fee. Session books are also available which give you 12 sessions for the price of 10.
