Sauna
Saunas encourage profuse perspiration, deep cleansing the skin by drawing impurities from the pores.
Steam Room
Steam Rooms also deep cleanses the body, relaxes the mind and promotes good health. It relaxes tense muscles and soothes aches and pains.
Spa
The Spa is designed to create a strong overall body massage. It will not only help you to relax but also stimulates metabolism and cardiac output.

Booking
The health suite is open to members and non-members from the age of 16. Members may book up to 7 days in advance and non-members up to 6 days in advance. (pre-payment is required) NB: Non-members are subject to the centre admission fee. Session books are also available which give you 12 sessions for the price of 10.
